Look for the Best of Omaha logo around town. The Best of Omaha logo is the most recognized symbol of excellence, voted on by Omaha citizens. We invite you to seek out and try the many wonderful businesses that display the Best of Omaha logo.

Best of Omaha 2009 Ballot Voting Instructions and Rules:

Step 1: Fill out this page.
Step 2: Check your e-mail.
Step 3: Click the link in a verification e-mail we send you to open a new browser window.
Step 4: Start voting. There are seven pages total. On the last page, click "Submit Ballot."

Important: If the name of company you want to vote for does not show up as you are typing it, please type in your choice as completely as possible. After we approve your addition, it will be added to the pull down choices for future voters.

Voting is open from July 1st to September 30th, 2008.

You must vote in a minimum of 30 categories for your vote to be counted.
You do not have to vote for every category.

A valid e-mail is required. Only one ballot per e-mail.
Any juvenile or obscene write-ins will disqualify your ballot.
All votes from anonymous e-mailing services and proxy services will be deleted.

This survey is meant to be fun! Take your time and rank only the businesses you are familiar with. The full ballot takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

New this year! The number of prizes have been increased, and so have your chances of winning one of them. There will be seven prizes this year. Each prize has a value of $350. There will be one winner for each prize. To qualify for one of the prizes, a voter must vote for every category on a Theme Page. The winner will be randomly drawn from all of the voters who voted for every category on a particular Theme Page.

The seven major Theme Pages are: Retail, Services, Transportation, Around The Home, Dining, Health & Beauty, and Out For Fun.

Fill out every question on the "Retail" ballot page and be entered to win a $350 Gift Card from a Major Omaha Florist.

Fill out every question on the "Services" ballot page and be entered to win a $350 Gift Card for a Family Photo including Setting & Prints.

Fill out every question on the "Transportation" ballot page and be entered to win a $350 Gas Card with locations all around Omaha.

Fill out every question on the "Around The Home" ballot page and be entered to win a $350 ‘One-Day’ Labor Certificate from a Major General Contractor.

Fill out every question on the "Dining" ballot page and be entered to win $350 in gift certificates from five of Omaha’s Finest Restaurants.

Fill out every question on the "Healthy & Beauty" ballot page and be entered to win a $350 Luxury Day Spa Package.

Fill out every question on the "Out For Fun" ballot page and be entered to win a $350 Limousine Gift Certificate.
